Jennings insurance Agency has handled my personal insurance for a number of years and for the last two years has handled the insurance affairs of my employer. It’s been almost 15 years that I’ve been insured through this office, and I don’t plan on changing this any time soon! Although I moved from the Hampton Roads area to Richmond more than 10 years ago, Michelle continues to provide exceptional customer service from a distance. She is so kind, patient, and always explains in laymen’s terms anything insurance related that I don’t understand. Based on these other reviews, I’m clearly not her only customer. She definitely fooled me though with her attentiveness and promptness! Any time I call needing help or with questions, Michelle never makes me feel like she’s in a rush and I feel like I’m literally her only customer. She always makes any changes I need by the time she says she will and always tries to get me the best prices without compromising my coverage. It’s so nice to have such a trustworthy insurance agent. Based on things I hear from friends and coworkers about their insurance agents, I definitely don’t plan on changing companies or agents if I don’t have to!

Michelle is a 5 star agent working at a 5 star office! She has made the process for getting quotes such a breeze. I have been with Chips office since I first started driving at 16. They are super professional and make you feel like you are in good hands working with them. Anytime I have been in a motor vehicle accident or needed a tow, Michelle has always answered any questions I had in regards to the claims process (even though thats not her job). They are very knowledgable. The office is also super clean and well maintained. If you are looking for a good insurance company, do not hesitate to call and get a quote from them! You wont regret it!

When I first bought my car I called Cobi. My grandmother & grandfather have had their insurance with the Jennings agency for years. She was able to find me an affordable rate with low down payment. The staff in the office are great & helpful with anything you need. You will NEVER get an answering machine or push button promps, they answer the phone ALWAYS when office s open. I will & have referred family & friends to the Jennings agency.

Jennings has been there for me since I was 18yo. I am now 32yo and their customer service is above all else! Whenever I have a question, Michelle always answers! If she does not know the answer, which is very rare, she always follows back up with me. This level of customer service makes me feel important to them and thus the reason I have been with them for so long. I highly recommended using Jennings Insurance Agency with Nationwide!
