It’s been almost 15 years that I’ve been insured through this office, and I don’t plan on changing this any time soon! Although I moved from the Hampton Roads area to Richmond more than 10 years ago, Michelle continues to provide exceptional customer service from a distance. She is so kind, patient, and always explains in laymen’s terms anything insurance related that I don’t understand. Based on these other reviews, I’m clearly not her only customer. She definitely fooled me though with her attentiveness and promptness! Any time I call needing help or with questions, Michelle never makes me feel like she’s in a rush and I feel like I’m literally her only customer. She always makes any changes I need by the time she says she will and always tries to get me the best prices without compromising my coverage. It’s so nice to have such a trustworthy insurance agent. Michelle is a 5 star agent working at a 5 star office! She has made the process for getting quotes such a breeze. I have been with Chips office since I first started driving at 16. They are super professional and make you feel like you are in good hands working with them. Anytime I have been in a motor vehicle accident or needed a tow, Michelle has always answered any questions I had in regards to the claims process (even though thats not her job).
